Certificates
For a gas safety or boiler service job, the certificate is made from the report. There’s no second form. Fill in the report properly and the certificate follows.
Which jobs get one

Only when the outcome is Fixed or No issue found. A revisit or no access doesn’t produce one — there’s no finished inspection to certify.
What it takes from the report
Section titled “What it takes from the report”- The appliance details — make, model, serial, from the data plate photo and the fields.
- Your answers to the safety questions.
- Your name and Gas Safe registration number, from your profile.
- Arrival and departure times.
If any of those are blank, the certificate is wrong or won’t issue. The report tells you what’s missing before you submit.
Where it goes
Section titled “Where it goes”- The customer receives the PDF by email.
- Your manager sees it in Books, on the report.
- You can open it from the job after submitting — Certificate at the bottom.
